To anticipate on the thematic trends of attractions Skidôme developed a new complex with i.e. a new scenic winter village, second indoor track, fun park, additional ski tow capacity, indoor snow playground and an ice go-kart track.
Van Oers Corporate Finance assisted Skidôme in acquiring the funds for the expansion and exploitation of the real estate. First, Van Oers Corporate Finance performed a feasibility study. With a base of this a financial prospectus was drawn up. The chosen capital structure comprised a combination of bank funds and subordinated bonds. Van Oers Corporate Finance assisted with acquiring the bank funding and composed the prospectus to inform the bondholders.
